Some of these books have provided inspiration for my own stories (especially the Inheritance Cycle (Arya is awesome!) and the Graceling Trilogy (now that I look back on it, Katsa reminds me a lot of Natalia, although I came up with Natalia before I read Graceling)). Expect some Beka Cooper references in the future, as I am reading the first book now!
